How NFA Account Delivery Works
Understand how NFA account delivery works after payment confirmation, why token generation is handled once only, and what manual fulfillment means.
After payment is confirmed, delivery is tied to the order and the token-generation step runs once on the server. If that step does not complete cleanly, the order moves to manual fulfillment instead of being retried.
That rule exists to protect order integrity. A retry can be worse than a delay when a provider may still generate and bill even if the first request gives no usable response.
- Delivery begins after payment confirmation, not before.
- Automatic generation is attempted once only.
- If that attempt does not complete cleanly, support will need the Order ID for manual completion.
Payment Comes First
The storefront does not generate account delivery material before payment is actually confirmed. That keeps the listing, the order, and the fulfillment record aligned.
Once the payment state is final, the delivery step is tied to the order reference so it can be tracked cleanly instead of treated like a disconnected one-off response.
What Gets Attached To The Order
Current live NFA listings use token-based delivery. When automatic fulfillment succeeds, the delivered item is stored against the order and can be accessed through the order flow tied to that purchase.
For signed-in buyers, delivered account items appear in the Accounts tab of the dashboard. The important part either way is the order reference, because that is the anchor for support and manual follow-up.
Why There Is No Auto-Retry
The live provider flow is intentionally single-attempt. If a generation request times out, returns no response, or comes back malformed, the system does not send the same request again automatically.
That is a safety rule, not a missing feature. A provider can still generate and bill even when our side does not receive a clean response, so the correct fallback is manual review, not blind repetition.
What Manual Fulfillment Means
If automatic delivery does not complete cleanly, the order is marked for manual fulfillment. The buyer is told to open a Discord ticket and share the Order ID so support can finish the order safely.
That is slower than automatic delivery, but it is the correct response for a provider flow where a retry can create duplicate or ambiguous outcomes.
What To Do After Delivery
- use the delivered access soon after purchase
- keep the order reference available
- avoid treating the listing like long-term stored inventory
- read the listing notes again before opening a support ticket
