It is meant to point you to the right place quickly, not bury simple answers behind filler copy.

Support can currently be reached through the official email address and the Discord server listed above.
If the issue is tied to a specific purchase, include the same order ID, public reference, or support ID shown inside the site so the order can be traced cleanly.
Before contacting us
- Review the product page again for requirements, delivery notes, and product-specific warnings.
- For account listings, check Accounts Help first if the question is about NFA, full access, or delivery format.
- If the question is policy-related, read the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, or Privacy Policy before sending a follow-up.
Where to look after purchase
Purchased licenses, loader downloads, and setup guides live under the license tied to that order in the dashboard.
Delivered account items appear in the Accounts tab for signed-in buyers, while Orders keeps the payment references used for support traceability.
If you checked out with an email instead of a signed-in account, sign in later with the same email and a one-time code to access your dashboard, orders, and delivered purchases.
References that matter
- the order ID or public reference shown in checkout or Orders
- the support ID shown on a manual account-fulfillment card
- the same email used during guest checkout when the purchase was linked to email
When Discord matters
Discord is the right path for pre-purchase questions that need a quick answer and for account-delivery follow-up when the dashboard tells you to open a Discord ticket.
If a purchase is already tied to a reference, keep that same reference in the message so support can work from the existing order trail instead of starting from scratch.
