Where to find your purchase
- Licenses, loaders, and matching setup guides are available from your dashboard after delivery.
- Delivered game accounts appear in the Accounts section of your dashboard.
- Your Orders section shows your purchases and order IDs.
- If you checked out as a guest, sign in with the same email you used at checkout to access the purchase.
What to include when asking for help
- your order ID
- the support ID shown in your dashboard, if one appears
- a short description of what went wrong
- a screenshot of the error when it helps explain the problem
Bought a game account?
Use Accounts Help if you are not sure whether you bought an NFA account, Full Access account, or manual service. If your dashboard tells you to open a Discord ticket, include the order ID or support ID shown there.
