Refund Policy.
This policy explains when refund review may be available for digital purchases made through Cheater’s Market.
1. General rule
Because the products sold through Cheater's Market are digitally delivered goods, all sales are generally final once delivery, activation, or access begins.
Review the product description, requirements, compatibility information, and duration carefully before purchasing.
2. Before purchase is completed
You may cancel your order before checkout is completed and before digital delivery or access begins.
3. After delivery or access
Once a product has been delivered, activated, accessed, or used, refunds are generally not available.
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will generally not be granted for any of the following:
- you changed your mind
- you purchased the wrong duration or product
- you failed to review the listed requirements or compatibility information
- your computer, hardware, software, BIOS, or system configuration is incompatible
- you are unable to use the product due to unsupported setup or user-side issues
- the product is temporarily offline, under maintenance, or being updated
- a third-party game or platform updated, restricted access, or issued a ban or suspension
- your hardware ID does not match and you cannot verify a legitimate hardware change where relevant
- you used the product only partially or for a short time
- you no longer want the product after delivery or access began
5. Vendor-side downtime
Cheater's Market is a reseller platform and does not control vendor maintenance schedules, downtime decisions, or compensation policies.
For that reason:
Any exception, if offered at all, is entirely at our discretion.
- downtime compensation is not guaranteed
- license pauses or extensions are not guaranteed
- temporary downtime, maintenance, or vendor-side interruptions are not automatic grounds for refund
6. Limited refund consideration
A refund may be considered only in narrow cases, such as where:
Any refund review is based on the information available to us, including delivery records, access records, support history, and the nature of the issue.
- a product is completely non-functional for all users, and
- the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened fraudulently, abusively, or in bad faith, we may suspend or permanently restrict your account, revoke access to products, and refuse future service.
8. Proof of digital delivery
All products are digitally delivered. No physical shipment, tracking number, or signed delivery confirmation will be provided. Account records, delivery records, access records, license logs, and related technical records may be used as proof of delivery or access.
