1. Processing Principles

Cheater's Market operates on a principle of zero unnecessary data collection. The optimization engine runs entirely locally. We do not transmit your local file lists, search history, or personal configurations to our servers.

2. Licensing and Telemetry

To prevent piracy, the software generates an anonymized hardware identifier (HWID) used exclusively during license activation. This identifier cannot be reverse-engineered to determine your specific hardware serials.

3. Payment Security

All transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. We do not store, process, or transmit your credit card data on our own infrastructure.

4. Application Integrity

All binaries distributed by our servers are cryptographically signed using an Extended Validation (EV) Code Signing Certificate. If the signature is missing or invalid, do not execute the binary, as it may have been tampered with.
